Terms & Conditions – Free EA Campaign

1. Promotion Overview

This promotion (“Free EA Campaign”) is offered by Algo Trading Space (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and allows eligible participants to receive one (1) complimentary Expert Advisor (EA) license upon meeting the specified requirements with our partner brokers and trading firms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Account Requirements

To qualify for this promotion, you must:

  • Open a new trading account through our official affiliate links ONLY
  • Complete account opening on or after November 24th, 2025
  • Meet the minimum funding or subscription requirements as specified below:

Tier 1 Qualification (Choose ONE Tier 1 EA):

  • IC Markets or BlackBull Markets: Open and fund a live trading account with a minimum deposit of $2,000 USD
  • iFunds: Purchase an Expert plan or higher (minimum $50,000 funded account)
  • Darwinex Zero: Subscribe to a Yearly Subscription

Tier 2 Qualification (Choose ONE Tier 1 OR Tier 2 EA):

  • IC Markets or BlackBull Markets: Open and fund a live trading account with a minimum deposit of $5,000 USD
  • iFunds: Purchase a Master plan or higher (minimum $100,000 funded account)
  • Darwinex Zero: Subscribe to a 3-Year Subscription

2.2 Excluded Accounts

The following are NOT eligible for this promotion:

  • Existing accounts opened prior to November 24th, 2025
  • Accounts opened without using our official affiliate links
  • Demo accounts or contest accounts
  • Accounts funded below the minimum threshold
  • Accounts opened through other affiliate sources

2.3 Attribution Requirements

  • You must use our unique affiliate tracking link before opening any account
  • Referral attribution must be verifiable through our partner’s tracking system
  • We reserve the right to deny applications where proper attribution cannot be confirmed

3. Application Process

3.1 Required Steps

  1. Click our official affiliate link for your chosen broker/firm
  2. Complete account opening and funding/subscription as required
  3. Take a screenshot of your MetaTrader Account History tab with the Navigator window visible showing your account number and username
  4. Submit the application form at https://algotradingspace.com/free-ea with:
    • Full name
    • Email address
    • Account number
    • Platform version (MT4 or MT5)
    • Screenshot upload
    • Selected EA from eligible list

3.2 Verification Timeline

  • Applications are reviewed within 72 business hours of submission
  • EA license delivery occurs within 5-7 business days after approval
  • We may request additional verification documents if needed

4. License Terms

4.1 License Scope

  • You will receive ONE (1) EA license per qualifying account
  • The license is valid for the specific account number provided in your application
  • License is non-transferable to other account numbers
  • Each qualifying account is eligible for only one (1) EA license under this promotion. Once a license has been issued for a specific account number, no additional EA licenses may be requested, granted, or assigned to that same account under any circumstances, regardless of account balance, deposits, or subsequent activity.

4.2 License Duration

  • This is a lifetime license tied to your specific account number
  • License remains active indefinitely provided you comply with these terms
  • We reserve the right to revoke the license if:
    • You engage in activities that cause reputational harm to Algo Trading Space, the EA vendor, or our partners
    • You violate any provisions of these Terms & Conditions
    • You engage in unethical, fraudulent, or illegal activities
    • You close the broker/firm account within 30 days of opening (see Section 5.2)

4.3 License Restrictions

  • License is for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the EA code is strictly prohibited
  • Running the EA on unauthorized account numbers will result in license termination
  • Using the EA on any account other than the one specified in your application is prohibited

4.4 EA Usage Selection Requirement

  • Participants must clearly select and use the specific EA associated with their approved application.
  • If no active use of the selected EA can be reasonably verified, or if multiple EAs are requested or used in a manner inconsistent with the promotion rules, we reserve the right to suspend or revoke the license.
  • Failure to clearly specify or use a selected EA may result in delayed activation or cancellation of the license.

5. Account Maintenance Requirements

5.1 Initial Funding Requirement

  • You must fund your account with the minimum required amount as specified in Section 2.1
  • Once funding is verified and the license is issued, there are no ongoing balance requirements
  • You are free to trade, withdraw funds, or manage your account as you see fit
  • The EA license remains valid regardless of subsequent account balance changes

5.2 Early Account Closure

  • If you close your broker/firm account within 30 days of opening, we reserve the right to revoke the EA license
  • Account closure includes:
    • Voluntary account termination
    • Complete withdrawal of all funds resulting in account dormancy
    • Broker/firm account closure due to your violation of their terms
  • After the 30-day period, your license remains valid even if you close the account (though you will not be able to use the EA without an active account)

5.3 Ongoing Qualification Monitoring

  • To remain eligible for the EA license received through this promotion, participants may be required to maintain account conditions consistent with the initial qualification requirements outlined in Section 2.1.
  • We reserve the right to monitor account status in cooperation with our partner brokers and firms. If we determine, at our sole discretion, that the account no longer meets the intended purpose of this promotion or has been significantly altered in a way that circumvents these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or revoke the EA license.

6. Limitations and Disclaimers

6.1 One License Per Account

  • Each qualifying account entitles you to ONE (1) free EA license only.
  • Under no circumstances may multiple EA licenses be issued for the same trading account, regardless of deposit size, trading volume, or number of applications submitted.
  • Any attempt to request or obtain multiple licenses for a single account may result in disqualification from the promotion and revocation of all associated licenses.

6.2 EA Selection

  • EA selection is final once submitted and cannot be changed
  • EA availability is subject to vendor inventory and may change without notice
  • We reserve the right to substitute comparable EAs if selected EA becomes unavailable

6.3 No Guaranteed Performance

  • Expert Advisors are automated trading software tools
  • Past performance is not indicative of future results
  • Trading forex, CFDs, and other leveraged products carries substantial risk of loss
  • You may lose some or all of your invested capital
  • We make no guarantees regarding profitability or trading outcomes

6.4 No Trading Advice

  • The provision of EA licenses does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice
  • You are solely responsible for:
    • Understanding how the EA operates
    • Setting appropriate risk parameters
    • Monitoring your account
    • All trading decisions and outcomes

7. Broker/Firm Relationships

7.1 Independent Entities

  • Partner brokers and firms (IC Markets, BlackBull Markets, iFunds, Darwinex Zero) are independent entities
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Broker trading conditions, spreads, or commissions
    • Account opening, funding, or withdrawal processes
    • Trading platform technical issues
    • Broker customer service or dispute resolution
    • Any losses incurred through broker relationships

7.2 Affiliate Disclosure

  • We receive affiliate commissions from partner brokers/firms when you open accounts through our links
  • These commissions fund the EA licenses provided through this promotion
  • Our affiliate relationship does not influence our assessment of your eligibility

8. Technical Support

8.1 EA Support

  • Technical support for the EA is provided by the EA vendor, not Algo Trading Space
  • Support inquiries related to participation in this campaign should be directed to su*****@**************ce.com
  • For EA-specific technical issues, contact the vendor directly using the support information provided with your license

8.2 Installation Assistance

  • Basic installation guides are available in the vendor documentation that you will receive with the robot
  • We do not provide personalized installation services or trading strategy consultation
  • Each EA vendor may offer their own support resources and documentation

9. Fraud Prevention

9.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities will result in immediate disqualification and license revocation:

  • Submitting false or fraudulent information
  • Using manipulated screenshots or documents
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent one-license-per-account limits
  • Requesting multiple EA licenses for the same trading account or attempting to circumvent the one-license-per-account limitation
  • Violating broker terms of service
  • Any form of bonus abuse or promotion manipulation
  • Engaging in activities that cause reputational harm to Algo Trading Space or our partners

9.2 Right to Investigate

  • We reserve the right to investigate suspicious applications
  • Applications may be delayed or denied pending investigation
  • We may contact brokers/firms to verify account information

10. Modification and Termination

10.1 Promotion Changes

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify these terms at any time with or without notice
  • Change eligible EAs, brokers, or requirements
  • Suspend or terminate the promotion at our discretion
  • Add or remove partner brokers/firms

10.2 Notification

11. Data Privacy

11.1 Information Collection

By participating, you consent to our collection of:

  • Personal information (name, email, account details)
  • Trading account screenshots
  • Broker/firm attribution data

12.2 Disclaimer of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Algo Trading Space acts solely as a facilitator connecting traders with EA vendors through this promotional campaign
  • We bear NO liability for:
    • Trading losses or missed opportunities resulting from EA use
    • EA performance, functionality, or technical issues
    • Broker/firm failures, insolvency, or service interruptions
    • Trading platform technical issues or downtime
    • Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
    • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • The EA vendors are solely responsible for their products
  • By participating, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with automated trading

12.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Algo Trading Space, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the EA
  • Your trading activities
  • Violation of these terms
  • Violation of broker/firm terms of service
  • Any misrepresentation or fraudulent activity on your part

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the Free EA promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria, European Union.

13.3 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Free EA promotion.

14.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full effect.

14.3 No Assignment

You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent.

14.4 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, internet outages, or government actions.

14.5 Language

In case of any discrepancy between translated versions of these terms, the English version shall prevail.
