I was informed that due to an excessive amount of spamming coming in on their side alot of our messages are getting lost. They’re working on setting up a new system which will include a section where you can submit a ticket for issues, advice, etc. Hopefully by the end of next month.
I was doing medium risk. I was going off of the graph the first week, then for the second week I selected the top 5 EAs.
So I checked my demo account last night to get ready for today and I noticed that as of end of day Friday I hit my max drawdown of 8%. Again I am asking about options?
It’s very disappointing that there’s just no way to get intouch with the people here at EA Trading Academy. I’ve left items in the forum, I’ve sent emails and no response. Why can’t there be someone in charge to monitor at least the emails?
I’ve had the prop firm app for a couple of weeks now and though there’s some that have profitable trades the losses have been worse. Each day ends in losses. I hooked up FXBlue and the chart shows me in the red the entire time. I selected new bots at the start of this week but still the losses are outweighing the wins. What options do I have at this point?
