Ilan VardyModeratorHi Vincent,
If you’re seeing the blue hat in the corner of the chart, the EA has attached successfully. If the EA didn’t place a trade when it was supposed to, this must be down to the broker or settings. I’d suggest running a backtest for the last week or 2 and see if it should/would have opened a trade on FTMO. If it does have a trade in the backtest, the problem lies with the broker not executing the trade.
Thanks,
Ilan
Ilan VardyModeratorHey Ksenija,
Yes, the PDF was recently updated. You can download it from the same place.
Thanks,
Ilan
Ilan VardyModeratorHi Emanuele,
I’ve asked Marin to take a look and let us know what the issue is. I’ll revert asap.

Ilan VardyModeratorHi Orlando,
Just to add to Alan’s answer, before downloading the Prop Firm Robots, we select the profit targets and risk settings. This is added into the code / settings of the Prop Firm Robots, so once the profit target is reached, all prop firm robots will stop trading. They do work independently of each other, but because they have the same account profit targets coded into them, they’ll turn off at the same time, when the targets (or drawdown limits) are reached. Any other EAs will not because they don’t have the profit targets included.

Ilan VardyModeratorHey penguin,
I’ll forward this to Marin and ask him to take a look; I’ll revert once I hear back.
Cheers,
Ilan VardyModeratorHey Orlando,
Great to hear! While you’re testing on a demo account, try a few other methods. You may be surprised by the results 🙂
Trade safe,

Ilan VardyModeratorHi Orlando,
The servers generate and validate robots 24/7. Every Saturday, the collections in the app get updated with any new strategies that have been found and have a better backtest. The EAs in the the collections get updated every 30 minutes with the latest historical data.
Cheers,
Ilan
Ilan VardyModeratorGreat Vikram – good luck!
Ilan VardyModeratorHi Valentina,
I’m not sure I understand your question, but every strategy from EA Studio or the Top 10 App, uses the exact opposite rules for long and short entries and exits.
If you mean the EA is opening a long position in one account and a short in another account, I can’t say why. The EA will open a position according to the market and the information it’s receiving from the broker/platform.
Thanks,
Ilan
Ilan VardyModeratorHey Flyhigh430,
Correct. The prop firm robots are actually created using Blackbull data, and then cross-validated against several other data sources, including FTMO.
As always, start with a demo account and check the results before placing them onto a live account.
Thanks,
Ilan
Ilan VardyModeratorHi Nikolay,
If you see the smiley face, you’ve attached the EA correctly and trades will open when market conditions trigger the strategy to open a trade based on the parameters within the robot.
Thanks,
Ilan
Ilan VardyModeratorHi Gary,
You’re in the right place if you want to trial FSB Pro.
If it’s not going any further than this, please send a mail to [email protected], and Marin our head of customer support will help you out.

Ilan VardyModeratorHi Bhelda,
Please send a mail to [email protected], so that Marin can check your access and fix any issues there may be.
Thanks,

Ilan VardyModeratorHey Humberto,
All looks good. When market conditions trigger the strategy rules, the EA will open trades. You can run a backtest to get an idea of how active this EA was in the past.

Ilan VardyModeratorHey Stan,
Petko was banned for using the Waka Waka, which is a MQL5 commercial EA. With the prop firm robots, you can make your EAs and trades completely unique by changing the magic number, SL and TP, risk, etc.. We haven’t had any reports of any users using the Prop Firm Robots on FTMO having any issues.
In addition, there’s a very cool new feature in beta testing – randomization! This automatically randomizes the settings of the EA to make it unique, while maintaining the integrity and profitability. It will be released soon.
Cheers,
