I know it’s a different EA. I’m using multiple EAs.
You don’t seem to be sure. Could you confirm?
Anyway I think we should be able to use one than more EA at a time otherwise it defeats the whole purpose of generating multiple EAs. Also it’s gonna take ages to have trades and complete a challenge.
Is it possible to get this fixed in the next version?
The EA’s have opened 2 positions even if all my Prop Firms Robot EA has Max Open Position set to 1:.
I don’t see anything that could interfere. I’m running 4 EURJPY robots with 1 USDJPY robot with all these same settings below:

Why my entry order has been cancelled? The Daily Reset Hour is set to 00:00 but I have no Max Daily Loss set?:
If I remove the MDL in settings and I save the settings. The EA reload but doesn’t remove the MDL from the robot stats and probably logic:
Looks like Max daily loss protection doesn’t work as expected. I have set MDL to 2000. The EA has not traded since the 29th of August and we are the 5th of September. It looks like that it calculates the total loss of all passed closed trades including commissions instead of as you can see in the picture below (Daily loss 2077.09). So for now we can’t use that feature. I can use EA Protector in the meantime until it’s fixed in newer version:

I don’t need more that 30:1 leverage especially for gold. Generally PropFirms offer 100:1 for forex and 30:1 for gold. It’s just non-swing trading challenges are generally cheaper and have less strict rules for example consistency rules or max DD so better chances of passing.
Oh then it renders the news function useless for PropFirms. PropFirms rules for non-swing accounts ask to not open and close trades around news mostly +-5 minutes.
Here’s the improvements on the PropFirmRobotsApp that would need to be made before being usable:
– In Custom Challenge Options add news priority, before medium news time, after high news filter, max spread, max open positions, news record to show. Because when you add multiple EA’s it becomes tedious to change them all manually one by one
– Risk, max loss, max daily loss and profit target should be the values that we set not a guess of a margin. We can set the margin ourselves
– The default value for medium news time should be 30 minutes and high news 60 minutes because even if the prop firms rules are between 2 and 5 minutes generally it can have a lot of volatility before and after.
– The news currencies should be by default only the ones that are related to the pair. For example EURUSD would be EUR and USD only. XAUUSD would be USD only and so on.
– The news priority should close ALL related pairs to the news in addition of preventing of new trades of being open. For example a USD news should close all pairs that have USD in for example XAUUSD and JPYUSD and so on.Optional or in the future but would be great:
– Add entry delay parameter to have more unique strategies
– The randomize settings built-in in the EA so each new trades have a unique setting
– Add an equity protector Max Daily Loss balance, Max Daily Loss equity and Mac Daily Loss highest value are the most used by PropFirms. (We can use a protector EA in the meantime)
– Add a trading time setting (We can use a protector EA in the meantime or close trades manually but not ideal)After all these improvements I would be able to use the PropFirmRobotsApp on my ProFirm challenges.

High news filter didn’t close the trade today on Friday 22th on Fed Chair Powell Speaks at 5:00PM GMT+3. The red news folder shows on forexfactory.com and investing.com. I have before and after news set to 6 minutes.
