I want ask about content of your course:
“HOW TO MAKE THE ROBOT DIFFERENT?
Many traders use the FTMO Robot, and some of you might be worried that your account will be locked if the Prop Firm detects the same trades from different traders.”
If I don’t change the EA FTMO Robot settings (so there might be other traders already using the EA and therefore exactly the same strategy) will it clearly violate the FTMO (FTMO.com) rules?

You can change the magic number, the maximum open positions by one digit, or change the lot size by one pip. This will make the robot different.

Finished the course and downloaded the H1 and M15 and M1 bots but none of them make a profit on EURUSD this year (2023). In fact I cant get any trades at all backtesting M1 bot from start of the year. Is there somewhere I can review what I am doing with someone?

I suppose you’re not using the correct modelling when performing the backtest and also your brokers doesn’t have sufficient data for the backtest. Just wanted to check that we will have the set files or settings for the robot to trade with? Are they preloaded in the FTMO Robot? Or do we have to make our own settings for it to function to be able to pass FTMO Challenge? I understand that we can tweak settings as we want but as a newbie to trading I would be looking for something that is more ‘plug and play’ while I learn the skills necessary to create my own settings.
The set files are included in the course. You need to load them according to your account size and currency pair. The set files are made in a way that you will be risking no more that 1% with every separate EA. That’s why on a live challenge you shouldn’t trade with all the EAs simulatenously but just pick the most profitable EAs. How do I install the ForexProfitSupreme Meter onto a chart? I copied it into the Experts folder, refresh the Expert Advisors. I tried to drag it onto a chart but nothing happens.
1. Go to “File” menu in MT4 trading platform and click “Open Data Folder”. Open MQL4 folder and open the Indicators folder.
2. Now paste the ForexProfitSupreme Meter.ex4 and ForexProfitSupreme Meter.mq4 files into indicators folder
3. Now in the Navigator window in MT4 right-click on the Indicators and then click Refresh.
This will compile the indicator and then you will see it in the list with indicators and you can add it to every chart you want.
I am testing the FTMO v5.1 robots on a FTMO trial account. I have a AUDCHF sell opened on the first day and a buy opened the next day. What should I do? Shall I close one of it or just let both of them run their course?

Hello, there is no MT5 version of the FPSM. It was never developed. The workaround is to install an MT4 platform with the FPSM alongside your MT5 platform, and use the MT4 platform just to monitor currency strengths, and trade on your MT5 platform.

I have purchased the Prop Firm Robots – 1-year Updates today, activated all the robots for V6.1 as per instruction. I have checked and downloded from prop firm robots app and finally entered into the FTMO challenge using the FTMO Swing Trade account after a brief trial account run where only XAUUSD was active for a while.
After activating the FTMO live MT4 challenge account, no live trades have been placed by the 12 bots so far. I am wondering if I am missing any trick here. Can you please advise. I can see all the informaiton on the charts like it shows in the video.

Hello, the lack of trading activity doesn’t necessarily mean that there are issues. The robots will open a trade when they receive a confirmation from the indicators behind each strategy. These are not high-frequency trading (HFT) EAs as most prop firms don’t allow HFT EAs. Please check the Experts and Journal tabs in the MetaTrader terminal for any error messages just in case.

It’s a matter of personal risk management but usually the more EAs we trade, the lower risk we set in the robots, so we don’t go over the equity drawdown requirements by the different prop firms.
Hello, i order this ftmo course with robot. EURUSD M1 FTMO filter M30 is correct? i open it in 1 minute and set 0.3 lot for 10k and 3lot for 100k?
The M1 version should be applied to the M1 chart, and the filter will automatically manage the trades, so there’s no need to open higher time frames.

The EAs will place trades when they receive confirmation from the underlying indicators logic. These aren’t HFT EAs. You can simply run a backtest for the last week or month to see an estimate of the numbers of traders that are supposed to happen with your broker or prop firm.

Buongiorno ottimo corso..Sono riuscito a scaricare solo il robot m15 perché sia quello H1 che quello M1 premendo per scaricarli mi manda su una pagina dove mi esce scritto che il contenuto non è più disponibile..Comunque ringrazio tanto Marin per la sua grande gentilezza.
